Ossigeno – Elements of life is a series of editorials in instalments. Its specific mission: to accompany the ongoing change in eating habits with what one might define as a practical and cultural guide. Ossigeno is, in fact, a collection of experiences, insights and analysis on the meaning of wellness interpreted as a balance of body and mind, and care for one’s health and soul.
The natural and responsible diet around which the project revolves thus becomes nourishment for the soul and the body through readings dedicated to art, science, travel, the meeting of cultures and, of course, food.
In the first issue, Ossigeno presents chef Daniela Cicioni – one of Italy’s influencers on raw and vegan cuisine. She is the author of the recipes in this and subsequent issues accompanying the in-depth analysis on art and science which is characteristic of the book. The analysis of reality in Ossigeno 1 passes through the artistic visions of a major international player in contemporary photography, Mustafa Sabbagh. The work is completed by a focus on Tui na, Nordic Walking and Hansik.
